Everything the movement requires.

Cargo consolidation, road transport, air freight, sea freight, customs and documentation, warehousing, last-mile delivery — not assembled from separate providers but integrated capabilities owned by one operator. One contact. One reference. One invoice for the complete journey.

Cargo Consolidation (LCL)

Multiple suppliers. Multiple origins. One container. One destination. We combine shipments from different collection points into optimised container loads — cutting freight costs without losing visibility, sequence, or control. For project procurement teams sourcing from multiple Turkish manufacturers, consolidation through our network significantly reduces per-unit freight costs and eliminates the complexity of managing multiple shipments to the same destination.

What this covers
Multi-origin cargo combined across network nodes
Weekly consolidation cycles to key corridors
Full documentation and customs clearance included
Track-and-trace from origin collection to final delivery
Cost-efficient for small-to-medium project procurement

Full Container Load (FCL)

Large-volume project cargo direct from supplier to project destination. Construction materials, equipment, generators, solar panels, medical supplies — loaded, sealed, documented, and tracked from origin to site. FCL for projects where volume justifies a dedicated container, with no co-loading risk to sensitive or time-critical cargo.

What this covers
20ft and 40ft standard and high-cube containers
Hazardous and oversized cargo capability
Origin loading supervision and seal verification

Road Transport

Nationwide pickup across Turkey via 15+ branch network. We collect cargo from any Turkish city or industrial zone and deliver to the consolidation hub for export, or directly to the domestic destination. Cross-border road freight into Northern Iraq and Syria where our offices are operational. The road network is the first and last link in every multimodal chain.

Air Freight

When sea transit is not an option. Spare parts, medical equipment, time-critical project components — airlifted from Turkish airports with customs cleared at both ends. Air freight is not just urgent delivery: for high-value, low-volume cargo on complex corridors, it is sometimes the only viable option.

Customs & Documentation

The most common failure point in international logistics — handled entirely in-house. Our customs team sits in the same building as our freight team. Turkish export clearance, transit documents, ATA Carnets, certificates of origin, and destination import support — with no gap between the freight decision and the paperwork that supports it. For institutional cargo, we understand donor fund traceability requirements.

Donor-funded project documentation frameworks

Last-Mile Delivery

Physical delivery to project sites in East Africa, Northern Iraq, and beyond — the stage that most logistics providers cannot reliably execute. Our offices in Kampala and Mombasa provide on-the-ground coordination for delivery to project sites across Uganda, Kenya, and the wider East Africa region. Not coordination from a distance. Execution by our own people.

Warehousing

Bonded and non-bonded warehousing at the consolidation hub. Stage cargo from multiple suppliers, hold until the container is full or the shipment is ready, then consolidate and move. One staging point for complex multi-origin procurement — reducing per-unit cost, improving documentation control, and simplifying the export process.

Multimodal Solutions

Road plus sea plus air, planned as a single integrated movement. One CMR, one bill of lading, one airway bill — coordinated under one roof, invoiced as one line. No reconciling between providers. No finger-pointing when a leg is delayed. Complex shipments combining multiple modes are our standard, not our exception.
